Situated on a narrow and steep block, our design was conceived to maximise the views to the north from each of the five apartments with the penthouse apartment enjoying district and water views to both the north and south. The DA was approved with an innovative design solution and despite several significant non-compliances with Council’s controls. The site was sold by our clients for a profit. |
